|I'll think of something to put here eventually. :c|
As you guys saw with the stuff I posted here about two months back, I did stellar this year at the NJ show! First duck as well as the first leap into the Professionals and happy with my results overall. Actually a lot of things happened that weekend that I was just over the moon on. That said I was elected as a Board Member of my state association which came out of the blue after I sat to listen in on the meeting after the show.
My job is basically to help with voting for ideas drafted, helping with the show overall when it comes around and some other duties which honestly I've been helping with the association the last few years even before being brought it as one. Its a real honor to be on board and have been throwing out idea to help our association raise money and grow. That said if folks from the East Coast area have questions gear towards anything related to the GSTA that I can answer them!
As of taxidermy, I took a bit of a break for the last few months due to personal life shifts with job changing and other stuff but planning to start back up soon due to the Nationals being next year. I want to get a head start on pieces for that so I can do my best as well as enter some really artistic pieces I have in mind. I know off hand I have the options of a Giant Coyote, Coyote Pup, Bufflehead Drake, Raccoon and a few other animals I have laying around as personal projects.
Expect some stuff showing up the next few months!
Last update I got on my Fur Auction furs is that they are nearly done when I called Moyle Mink in July! I should be expecting my bill from them any day now! This means probably within the next month or so that I will be having furs for sale over on Etsy. As a reminder, all the fur from the auction as sold as UNMOUNTABLE wallhanger pelts meaning they are no good for taxidermy! They can be made into crafts, headdresses or even just hung on a wall. If I recall there's about 11 coyotes, 4 foxes and a ranch mink in the batch for those curious.
If you want updates on them I would check over at my Tumblr since I'll announce there when they arrive. International shipment is a possible but be prepared as if you want something from me it going to be done through the proper channels meaning proper paperwork and import/exporting the proper way. Please contact me privately if you are interest so I can begin to work on a estimate for your items. I will be posting all the furs for sale here last, posted on Etsy first and then Tumblr.
