Information/Terms and Conditions

• If you are providing a pelt, it need to be taxidermy quality to my standards.  Please provide me details shots of the eyes, nose, ears, lips and butt area.  If your having trouble looking for what makes the pelt mountable, feel free to ask!
  
• If you are unable to provide a quality pelt, I'll more than welcome to help you with finding a pelt.
• I can accept raw/frozen animals, turnaround time will be much longer though as these pelts will need to be tanned, tanning fees will be applied on top of additional fees for me to process your pelt.
• If something goes wrong during the tanning process that ruins the pelt, I will refund you your money.
  
• I am not responsible if your pelt or mount once it is out for shipment.  Once it is out of my hands I have no control over if your package makes it to its final destination or not as there are cases when a package will go missing, its happened to me and many others before.  I make sure to insure mounts to the fullest cost of the commission and provide tracking numbers but even then, sometimes items get lost in the mail despite all the precautions.   If an item is lost in the mail I will offer a refund or find something of equal valve to replace the lost item.
• Please don't rush me!  Taxidermy take time to work on and my turnaround time vary depending on the piece.  Turnaround usually is around 3 to 12 months depending on the piece in question.  
  
• Prices work depending of if you provide a pelt or if I have to purchase a pelt for you.
• I ask for deposits up front to cover the value of the pelt and supplies, these are not refundable if you back out!
• Payment plans are always available on taxidermy commission, I'm more than welcome to work with commissioners to make a payment plan that work for both parties.  Payments can be made via Paypal or a listing on my Etsy shop.
  
• If payment plans are not withheld after a 6 month period after the last payment, you forfeit your commission and will not refund you the money or your pelt.
• I always provide photos of the mounts in progress, if there's ever an issue during the process, please let me know!
  
• Once your commission is shipped out, I can't offer a refund on it once its in your hands.  I do however, if there's an issue or something broke in transit, I will fix it for free of charge.
• If there's ever an issue with your commission, please contact me and we'll work it out.
